🔴If you are a person who wants to connect with people who aligns with your soul purpose and share similar goals. Or even if you just want to relax and feel at peace after a long stressful day or prepare for your week ahead. Meditating and Connecting, is the group for you! 💚💛
🔴 Here is what I like to call a “Safe Place” a place where you can be your authentic self, feel free, while also bringing out that inner child. With no judgment ✨.
🔴This week, we will start off with a 20 min guided meditation session as well as journaling & a fun painting activity with prizes! If you don’t have a journal no worries , one will be provided for you! Just bring yourself and good energies!
