Meditatiivinen tanssimatka järjestetään Öljyymön tiloissa Harjun vanhalla ruumishuoneella (Aleksis Kivenkatu 3). Meditatiivisella tanssimatkalla syvennytään musiikin avittamana omaan sisäiseen maailmaan ja ilmennetään sieltä nousevia asioita liikkeen avulla. Session alussa ohjaaja vetää lyhyen virittäytymisharjoituksen, jonka jälkeen jokainen voi haluamallaan tyylillä tehdä tanssimatkasta juuri sellaisen kuin itse haluaa.
Tanssimatka ei vaadi minkäänlaista tanssitaustaa. Meditatatiivinen tanssimatka on yksilöharjoitus eli harjoituksessa ei oteta kontaktia muihin. Toivottavaa on, ettei tulisi mukaan kesken session, jottei missaa alun ohjeistusta. Session lopuksi tehdään lyhyt rentoutusharjoitus ja sen jälkeen keräännytään piiriin ja jaetaan tanssimatkan kokemuksia.
Tapahtuma on ilmainen eikä vaadi ilmoittautumista, mutta jos tiedät osallistuvasi niin laita itsesi "osallistun" tilaan, niin tiedän hieman kuinka paljon osallistujia.

The meditative dance journey is organized in the premises of Öljymmö in the old morgue of Harju.
On a meditative dance journey, you delve into your own inner world with the help of music and express the things that arise from there through movement. At the beginning of the session, the instructor will lead a short attunement exercise, after which everyone can make the dance journey exactly the way they want in their own style.
The dance journey does not require any kind of dance background. The meditative dance journey is an individual exercise, meaning that there is no contact with others during the exercise. It would nice if you could join from the start, so as not to miss the instructions at the beginning. At the end of the session, a short relaxation exercise is done, and then we gather in a circle and share the experiences of the dance journey.
The event is free and does not require registration. However, if you know you will participate, please update your status to "participating" so I can estimate the number of participants.
