About this Event

I’m so excited to invite you to Meditate + Mingle! Join us for an evening of meditation and connection at my office.


We’ll have some light snacks and non-alcoholic drinks available. After some time to connect and settle in, we’ll do a Max Meditation from 7:30-8:15 pm.


Max Meditation was developed by Gudni Gudnason. It consists of relaxation, passive meditation, active meditation, guided visualization, and returning to regular consciousness. It is great for both beginner and advanced meditators.


I would love to have you there, and I invite you to bring a friend or two who you think I should meet! 10 spots available :)
