Life Hacks from Ancient Wisdom
Tuesday Evening Meditation Series · Back Bay
Our mind has far more potential than we usually experience - but it’s easy to fall into familiar patterns of thinking, reacting, and relating to others.
This series offers a chance to step out of that cycle.
Each week, we’ll explore practical methods from Buddhist meditation that help us develop greater clarity, emotional balance, and a more thoughtful way of responding to life. The emphasis is simple: how to take timeless wisdom and apply it in a modern, urban setting.
Whether you’re navigating a busy schedule, relationships, or just looking for a more grounded way to move through your week, these classes offer space to pause, reflect, and reset.
Each class includes:
• a guided breathing meditation
• a short, practical talk
• time to reflect and apply the ideas
• Q&A with the teacher
No experience needed. Come as you are.
