MEDITATE FOR MENTAL PEACE
£4 each session
30 minutes guided meditation, Wednesday at 6pm
with Buddhist nun Kelsang Malaya
Classes from 15th January to 12th February
Times: 30 mins each session, starting at 6pm
Learn to Meditate!
Take a break for 30 minutes to relax, refresh and de-stress. Cultivate inner peace through a guided practice and enjoy the rest of your day with a positive and inspired mind.
If our mind is peaceful, we will be free from worries and mental discomfort and so we will experience true happiness and relaxation.
But if our mind is not peaceful, we will find it very difficult to be happy and relaxed even ifwe are living in the very best of conditions.
Suitable for beginners.
