Meditate & Move is a 2-hour winter wellness experience designed to bring you back into your body and into harmony with the natural world. We begin by settling into a guided meditation, an invitation to slow down, soften your breath, and release the tension you didn’t realize you were carrying. As your mind grows quiet, your senses awaken, creating the perfect foundation for mindful movement outdoors.
From there, we step into the stillness of winter for a guided skin-ski or snowshoe through snowy trails. This is a gentle, intuitive journey where you’re encouraged to notice the subtle details: the sound of snow underfoot, the rhythm of your breath, and the grounding presence of the landscape. Your guide offers mindful prompts, Qigong movement, and nature-based reflections to help you tune deeper into the wisdom around you, and within you.
This experience can be as restorative or energizing as you need it to be. Whether you’re seeking clarity, emotional reset, a deeper connection to yourself, or simply a meaningful break from routine, Meditate & Move creates space for spaciousness, presence, and reconnection.
