Let's pull our intention inward and then unleash our creativity. We will begin our evening with some spinal stretching & light movement and then move to breathwork, guided visualization & grounding.
Once we have fully pulled into the present moment, you have the opportunity to create your own snow candle! Snow candles, also known as sand wax or pearled candles allow you to make layers of different colors and scents. The snow candle is a refillable candle made from plant-based wax pearls that are non-toxic, vegan, and biodegradable. The candles are self-extinguishing if left burning too long or tipped over.
