Medicinal Herbal Intensive workshopwhich focuses on the Digestive system. How the system works and what it does, what kinds of things we can do to support it. We will discuss what can go wrong and why. We will explore herbs that can help and be used to heal many common issues. The class will work together to create a ferment and bitters to aid in support and optimal function.
This is a very intensive class that will include lecture and hands on activities. Lots of written materials and recipes will be included as well as all materials to do the activities.
Please bring note paper and writing instruments. You will want to take notes
Cost of the class is $$55
This is a series of five classes so if you sign up for five or more and pay in advance the series will be $5 off per class or $250 for the series.
