Medicinal Herbal Intensive Workshop focusing on the Musculoskeletal system. How it works, what it does, what kinds of things we can do to strengthen and support it, what can go wrong and why, what herbs help heal it, work together to create natural nutrient dense herb capsules to feed it and a liniment to help with health, strength, function, and pain reduction. This is a very intensive class that will include lecture and hands on activities. Lots of written materials and recipes will be included as well as all materials to do the activities.
Please bring note paper and writing instruments. You will want to take notes
Cost of the class is $55
This is a series of five classes so if you sign up for two or more and pay in advance the series will be $5 off per class
