Step away from the noise of life and join therapist and facilitator Maria Veiga for a heart-opening session that blends the joyful release of Laughter Yoga with the gentle grounding of ceremonial cacao.

Maria discovered the transformative power of laughter in 2016, and a year later was introduced to the ancient spirit of cacao while working at the Chocolate Museum in Brixton. Since then, she has explored how these two medicines of joy and heart can work together — one awakening the body, the other soothing the soul.

In this session you’ll:
✨ Release tension and emotional heaviness through guided laughter exercises.
✨ Experience deep calm through a mindful meditation to integrate your experience.
✨ Close with a shared cup of pure cacao — rich in magnesium, antioxidants and natural heart-opening compounds that restore and nourish.
