About this Event
This monthly circle is for people wanting to dive deeper and learn more about themselves in a safe and loving way. It's for those who have journeyed with atranscendent bretahwork pattern before. For those who have the ability to find some stillness in the mind and connect with the body. It's for those ready to stay with discomfort and feel what has been held onto by the body and is ready to surface.
Through the power of the breath, sound and energy we find an opening within us and can follow this natural feeling and healing process. When we can let go of repressed and supressed energy we feel lighter, free, clearer, magnetic, grounded, grateful, receptive, loving and safe.
This is an advanced class. Please attend Citadel's classes to learn the basics and develop the skills before attending this circle.

Where: Hottter Studios, Ocean Shores
Doors: Doors open at 5:50pm for you to get settled.
Bring: A yoga mat, cushion/ bolster, journal, blanket (optional), eye mask (optional).
Wear comfy clothes.
Parking is available in the carpark out the front.
There are some contraindications due to increased blood pressure, heart rate, and emotional intensity of this practice.
Major contraindications include cardiovascular disease, severe hypertension, epilepsy, pregnancy, history of aneurysm, severe psychiatric conditions (bipolar/schizophrenia), recent surgery, or acute respiratory infections.
