An update of the classic tragedy by Euripides - MEDEA is a story of betrayal, female power, and revenge. This intimate view into the not-so-happily ever after of the sorceress Medea and the Greek hero Jason, presents themes as relevant now as they were 2000 years ago. A time transcending depiction, this revamp - adapted by Joy Whitt - explores feminine rage and the true cost of seeking power.Brought to you by Evil Cheez Productions and directed by Michelle Huguley and Kevin McDougal, MEDEA will be performed in the Black Box at Shenanigans Comedy Theatre during the following times:
