A Guided Forgiveness + Emotional Release Circle
A gentle healing space for anyone who is tired of holding it all together.
If you’ve been carrying grief, resentment, guilt, emotional exhaustion, heartbreak, or heavy thoughts, this circle offers a safe place to breathe, soften, and begin to release what’s been weighing on your heart.
This is a guided forgiveness and emotional release circle, held with compassion, support, and zero pressure.
In this circle, you’ll experience:
✨ grounding and calming guided meditation/experience
✨ gentle prompts for reflection and emotional release
✨ optional journaling
✨ supportive connection in a safe group setting
✨ a closing practice to help you leave feeling lighter and more regulated
Sharing is always optional.
You are welcome to simply listen, reflect, and receive.
