Meadows of Perth Apartments Open House / Q&A

Event Information:

We would love for you to join us for an open house discussing our latest project, the Meadows of Perth Apartment building, located in historic and beautiful Perth Ontario at 111 Sheppard Avenue. This building will be ready for occupancy at the start of 2022. These open houses are taking place at the Best Western Plus Perth Parkside Inn & Spa on 82 Peter St, Perth, ON K7H 1S2. The events will be in the Stewart Park room, located inside and to the left of the Best Western Plus front entrance. If confused about the location of the event, please ask the front desk staff and they will be happy to direct you. The maximum occupancy of each open house will be only 35 people to ensure we keep a safe distance from each other so sign up fast! There will be 3 sessions in total. The first is at 2pm on Friday December 3rd 2021, the second is at 10:30am Saturday December 4th and the last one will be at 2pm Saturday December 4th. Each session will last for about an hour starting with a 30 minute presentation, and then follow up with a 30 minute Q&A. There will then be an opportunity for you to collect floor plans of interest, to view our Lily Model unit and to sign a lease if you've supplied and signed all of the required documentation for the property manager Sierra. If you have an interest in signing a lease on one of these event days, please email [email protected] to be given the forms to be filled out at home prior to the events.
