Four years deep, and we’re still pushing forward. MDK has been a space for the selectors, the dancers, the heads who know. For this anniversary, we return to Jolene, a venue that has held some of our finest nights, with a lineup built for the occasion.
Iranian-born and Danish-raised, Nima Gorji's career spans over 25 years, evolving from Copenhagen's vibrant club scene to becoming a key figure in Ibiza's underground. His sets are renowned for deep, groove-infused sounds that resonate with true music aficionados.
Nima's presence will bring a profound depth to our celebration, embodying the essence of our musical journey.
Hailing from Patagonia, Argentina, and now integral to Copenhagen's scene, Saoko blends minimalistic beats with house grooves, creating an atmosphere that captivates the dance floor. Her performances at venues like Culture Box and international sets have solidified her reputation as a dynamic DJ. Saoko's ability to infuse her sets with groovy and minimal sounds promises to elevate the spirit of our celebration, keeping the dance floor alive.
As the founder and co-owner of MDK, Geroge curates sets that are both groovy and introspective, weaving together elements of minimal house, breakbeat, and electro. His storytelling approach to DJing has seen him share stages with renowned artists, always delivering an intricate sound that resonates with the audience. Geroge's deep connection to the MDK community ensures that his set will embody the essence of our journey, guiding the crowd through a cohesive musical narrative.
With a deep-seated passion for electronic music, Daniel Naad's versatility shines through his sets, ranging from groovy minimal house to dynamic techno. As a co-owner of MDK, his commitment to the underground scene is evident, consistently crafting atmospheres that captivate and energize. Daniel's ability to read the room and adapt his sound ensures a seamless flow throughout the night, maintaining the energy and connection on the dance floor.
