What is mddl school?
Designed for homeowners, housing providers, and industry professionals, mddl school offers a full-day in-person course built around what it takes to deliver middle housing. Come prepared to learn about developing middle (infill) housing, from how to identify a site, design development, navigating approvals, financing and construction. The class will feature a walking tour and case studies of real-life projects. Go home with practical knowledge, resources, checklists and membership to a community with your class cohort to continue your learning journey.
This course is for you if:
- You want to learn more about middle (infill) housing land development
- You want to develop your land into middle (infill) housing
