The Induction Gala is the highlight of the year for members of the Chaine des Rotisseurs. Each year new members are inducted into their respective Bailliages all around the world. The Induction Ceremony is one to be remembered, especially for new members. It's also one of the most gastronomic evenings on our calendar. This one is no different.
This year we head to the Manteo Resort in Kelowna. Whether you are a current member, an inductee, or just want to be a part of it as an observer, you are absolutely welcome to join us. You will be among long time members, returning members, the titans of the food and beverage industry, and some serious foodies who like to dress up for a worthy occasion.
You can arrive early and watch the induction ceremony (from 5pm - 6pm) which takes place prior to a general reception (6pm-6:45pm) with refreshments and small bites, and then sit down for a gastronomic, multi-course, wine paired dinner (from 7pm-10pm).
This year, Canada's Top Young Sommelier, Max Brayer will be selecting the wine pairings for our dinner.
