Arrive by: 9:15 A.M.
DETAILS FOR EVENT:
1. Free Vehicle inspection (35 cars only) Visual and Physical inspection
1st 35 cars to register will receive the inspection.
All cars being inspected must be at the dealership no later than 9:30 a.m. and drive to the service check-in.
The optional field on the Registration Ticket must be filled out. If you fail to do so send the form below to" Bill Goldberg via email ( [email protected] )
2. Training and classes on Safety Features of Old and New Mercedes (Comparison of features )
3. Training on all the systems for Mercedes Distronic, Command, and MBUX systems. What you can and cannot do by system.
4. Raffle for Three top prizes of a Certificate worth $250 off any “A” or “B” service. Drawing for prizes will be during lunch. You must be present to win.
5. Raffle for a free set of wiper blades for your vehicle with any “A” or “B” service, not to be combined with the $250 discount Certificate. Seven prizes for wiper blades will be during lunch. You must be present to win.
6. At lunch there will be a Trivia Contest to win additional raffle tickets for the drawing of prizes.
7. Swag Bag give away for members at lunch, must be present to receive.
8. MAKE YOUR BEST DEAL on any Mercedes vehicle AND THEN MAKE IT EVEN BETTER with an ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT ONLY on SATURDAY, October 5th, 2024.
No extensions, no exceptions, make your best deal and write the deal, for this 1 day only.
9. Raffle tickets will be given to all members at lunch (1 per attending member) Additional raffle tickets will be awarded at the trivia contest for each correct answer. (members only) (better odds of winning the raffle prizes)
10. Lunch will be provided courtesy of Mercedes of Gainesville.

The Mercedes Benz of Gainesville dealership will provide an inspection of the 1st 35 cars to register.
WE WILL INFORM THE 35 MEMBERS WHO WILL RECEIVE THE INSPECTION.
PLEASE DO “NOT” REGISTER IF YOU ARE NOT 100% SURE OF YOUR PARTICIPATION.
(This is to make sure that those people who will attend get a spot for the inspection).
Each vehicle must fill out the attached form and email it back to [email protected] not later than SEPTEMBER 25TH,
(SEE ATTACHED FORM)
The cars coming for Inspection must arrive by 9:30 a.m. no later.
Each person attending must register the vehicle they currently drive.
For this event the club will be charging the usual $5 fee per vehicle.
You only need ONE Ticket per Vehicle.
