Asado a la Plaza - Tender beef and potatoes cooked and then fried until crispy, served with a delicious tomato broth and topped with lettuce, carrots, pickled onions, zucchini, dry cheese and a spicy hot salsa
Freshly made corn tortillas - Take a turn trying to make your own!
Suaves de Coco - Coconut based marshmallows very typical from this region
