May Yin Yoga + Aroma Touch

Bring a yoga mat, blankets, socks, blocks and bolster. You'll want to be warm and cozy for this 2 hour practice. All poses will be restorative in nature, meaning they are meant to relax, soothe and be gentle on your nervous system.

I will have another set of hands with me to help assist and massage for those who like touch in yoga (not required).

Leave after 2 hours feeling blissful and floating into your Sunday evening and ready for your week ahead.
