Villa Antinori Chianti Classico Riserva complements Sformato di Pecorino, a savory pecorino flan with grilled radicchio and aged balsamic. The depth of Guado al Tasso Bolgheri Superiore enhances Ricotta Cavatelli Tartufata, featuring ricotta pasta in a mushroom and black truffle sauce with mascarpone and crispy Parmigiano.
