Dust off your lightsabers and channel the Force — because this themed weekend will bring a galaxy far, far away to North Tonawanda. Whether you’re a seasoned hunter or entering the ring for the first time, this trial will challenge your teamwork, strategy, and your dog’s natural hunting instincts.
Happy Ratters replicates an urban rat hunting environment in a safe, humane, and controlled setting. Dogs search through obstacles and environmental setups designed to simulate real-world scenarios, locating safely contained rats housed in protective aerated tubes. The sport builds confidence, problem-solving skills, drive, and teamwork — and is inclusive of dogs of all breeds and sizes.
