Our 8th Annual Celebration
May 4th is more than just another day—it’s a fan-favorite celebration, and we’re honoring it the best way we know how: with miles, medals, and a whole lot of fun! Join us for our 8th annual May the 4th Be With You 4 Mile Virtual Race, a themed event designed for runners and walkers of all levels.
This year’s race features a brand-new finisher medal, crafted from acrylic and engraved right here in our own shop. It’s bold, unique, and made to celebrate your accomplishment long after the miles are complete.
And as always, your participation goes beyond the finish line. We’re proud to donate at least 15% of every registrationto Soles4Souls, an organization that has collected and distributed more than 26 million pairs of shoes to people in need across 127 countries and all 50 U.S. states since 2006. Your miles truly help make a difference.

What:
A 4 Mile virtual run or walk in celebration of May the Fourth Be With You
When:
Complete your race anytime in May 2026—choose the day, time, and pace that works best for you
Where:
Anywhere you choose! Pick your own course, track your time, and report your results when you’re finished
Medal & Bib Shipping:
- Medals and bibs begin shipping mid-February
- After that, orders ship within 2–5 business days of registration
Why:
Because celebrating May the Fourth should be fun, active, and meaningful—and this is our favorite way to do it!
Cost:
$25 registration includes:
- Finisher medal
- Race bib
- At least 15% donated to charity
- What is a Virtual Race?
A virtual race is a race that can be run (or walked) from any location you choose. You can run, jog, or walk on the road, on the trail, on the treadmill, at the gym or on the track (or even at another race). You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself. Running and walking on your own, or with friends! And your medal will be shipped directly to you. Complete a virtual 5Ks, 10K, half marathon and more!
Each race benefits a difference charity
For each of our virtual races, we choose a charity to donate a portion of each registration to. We’ve already raised more than $1,00,000 for charities from our many different virtual races! Our goal is to continue to help different charities around the world.
