Please bring anything to make you comfortable, yoga mats, blanket, bolsters, pillow. We do have hand-made reusable eye masks for purchase for $15.

There are no refunds or credits given for No/Late Shows or cancellations less than 24 hours before the event. Please send someone else to use your spot. If you have to cancel please call 401 753 2253 as soon as possible so we can offer the spot to someone else, we may have a wait list.
