Each student will learn to grind, mix, season, stuff and link their very own fresh pork sausages using a combination of state of the art commercial meat processing equipment with centuries old basic techniques! Each student will take home approx. 5lbs of sausage! 15 available students per class. CLASSES FILL UP FAST!
$100 per admission ticket

SUNDAY Evening Class 5:00pm - 7:30pm at Prime Brothers Butcher Shoppe, 5131 Veterans Parkway in Garner, NC.
All students will undergo a short food/equipment safety briefing prior to the beginning of the class
***Advanced tickets required. Proper attire, footwear and personal injury waivers required for all participants.
