Join us for our monthly River Litter Pick on Sat 23rd May 2026 at 10:30 AM to help clean up areas near rivers to prevent litter from entering our local watercourses.
This month we'll be meeting at Birchfield car park, Yeovil to clear the area along Riverside Walk, Hopefully getting as far as the board walk.and may be one of the longer walks we do as it could be a distance of around 3kilometers.
This will mainly be a path walk but it does invole hills, concrete paths, field paths and gravel paths

We will provide all the necessary equipment to ensure that we leave the river cleaner than we found it. This is a great opportunity to meet like-minded individuals and make a positive impact on the environment.
Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear as we will be working along the riverbank. We also encourage everyone to bring their own water and a snack.
Help us keep our rivers clean and healthy for generations to come.
Athough we love furry friends, dogs are not everyones cup of tea and we would appriciate it if you left them at home.
