What's a Sound Bath? How does it work?
The universal law of nature states everything has its own vibration. As Einstein put it, "Everything is vibration". When the bowls are played, a sound bath begins where the bowls' vibrations and tones massage the body at the cellular level in a noninvasive manner. From a spiritual perspective, the bowls work to clear Prana (life force) blockages by each bowl's frequency working with one of the 7 major chakras to stimulate healing and stress-relief from within.
Oracle cards, like tarot cards are used as a divination tool and self-reflection for personal insight, and exploration of one's thoughts and feelings. They are used for various purposes, including seeking advice, exploring personal growth, and gaining a deeper understanding of their life's path.
