Dr. Al-Hagal has founded the International Leadership Coalition, a ministry focused on “Discovering and equipping national and international ministry leaders to be effective and successful in their perspective field of ministry, locally and globally”. Dr. Al-Hagal has led the (ILC) to partner with educational institutes, churches, non-profitorganizations, local and international entities for the purpose of preparing potential ministry candidates for maximum and fruitful impact in their ministry field, the marketplace and the educational field.

Dr. Al-Hagal, has served as Executive Director ofWorld Relief Nashville, a non-profit organizationservingthe need of displaced refuges from all aroundtheworld.

Dr. Al-Hagal, currently serves as the multiplication minister at Brentwood Baptist Church in Tennessee, USA. Tasked with the assignment of engaging new church planters, and pastors desiring to plant new churches or renew and relaunch their churches in partnership with Brentwood Baptist church. The goal is to see healthy and biblically sound churches planted, and existing churches renewed for the purpose of reaching the unchurched and unengaged with the life changing message of the Gospel.
