About this Event
This experience takes place in a suspended hammock, where the body is gently held and fully supported.
As you lie back, layers of sound from crystal singing bowls and gongs unfold slowly through the space. The steady rhythm of the sound gives the nervous system something continuous to rest on, allowing attention to soften without effort.
There is no goal for the evening and no special state to achieve. Some people experience deep rest, others quiet clarity, imagery, or subtle shifts in awareness. All responses are welcome. Listening is the practice.
Sessions are intentionally small to preserve a calm, contained environment. Time is built in to arrive and to re-enter gently.
