This is going to be a Gainz N God that you are NOT gonna want to miss!! We are back at Foundations and we will be celebrating our 3 year anniversary!! Start the morning off at the River Run 5k if you wish (7:45), then join us at 10am for a fun bootcamp followed by food and celebration! We will have DJ Dave in the house with all the beats to keep you moving, Cafe on Me Coffee, Chunky Poodle cookies, Gainz N God apparel (you bring your own apparel to heat press logos) and MORE!!
