Join us at West Edge Factory for the May First Saturday Art Market, happening Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 11 AM to 4 PM.The market will feature Appalachian vendors, including craftspeople, makers, and artists of all kinds, all sharing unique handmade goods. Enjoy live music by Kellogg Elementary students and Marshall University violin students and farm to table food prepared by The Wild Ramp!
The Turret Gallery will be open with May Day: A Redneck Reclamation, where you can view the progress of our 2026 Community Mural SOLIDARITY. You and your family and friends are invited to participate in this ongoing community collaboration by painting a section of our next portrait of a key figure from the WV Mine Wars!
We've partnered with the Greater Huntington Parks and Recreation District for this event! Right across the street from the factory, join the GHPRD from 11-2 for free family fun including yard games, hands-on crafts, sidewalk chalk, and group activities like tag, races, and the always popular parachute!
There will be plenty for everyone to enjoy, with kids activities, hands on art experiences, and time to explore and create together.
