A warm welcome sure to leave you with a soothing after glow awaits you, as we create a warming space with an hour and a half of calming breath work, mindful movement, meditation, relaxation, warming heated eye mask, and a focus on just you.
There will be drinks & cakes; warming essential oils on the diffuser, chilled tunes on the stereo, blissful guided relaxation and plenty of time to kick back.
This is self care at its decadent best leaving you divinely relaxed with a distinctive zen-like after-glow!
And it wouldn't be an X-Hail event without an incredibly relaxing, jasmine infused, heated eye mask!
This is your chance to slow down and breathe deep so that you float out ready for a restful nights sleep and wake up ready to take on any challenges that may be headed your way.
