We’ll unpack the skills that matter most and how leaders can practically support their teams through this transition, regardless of where they are on the AI maturity curve. You’ll leave with a clear, actionable perspective on how to turn AI from a tool you’ve implemented into an integrated part of your business - one your people feel confident in using and proficient in managing.
