Celebrating Moms and Those Who Served. Celebrate Mother's Day early or just enjoy friends and family time with a concert on SATURDAY. May 9th. Something for everyone! Admission is Free with plenty of seating in the Freshman Auditorium. This is a great "family time" event. Doors open at 2:30pm #AllenTXMusic will include selections from Phantom of the Opera and Karl King’s The Soaring Eagle March. The Percussion section will be featured in Drumfire and we have a special tribute to
all Mothers in attendance.
Concluding the concert, the Band will perform John Phillip Sousa’s Stars and Stripes Forever.
This is perhaps the most well-known American March in the world and is the traditional closing
selection of each season.
