Join us for a community-driven morning of coffee, Chick-fil-A, and connection. Our goal is simple: inspire the Indy real estate community to plant roots and build wealth in the city we call home.

This month, the Roots team is focused on our biggest 2026 service initiative yet: Indy Street Sweep. It's a citywide cleanup effort with a clear goal, getting 777 Hoosiers out for two hours on July 7, 2026 to pick up trash across our parks and neighborhoods.

This Coffee & Connect will feature an intergenerational panel with Max, Tyler, and Ethan Fernhaber. Ethan is one of the most successful real estate developers in Indy and has a deep heart for giving back. The vision for Indy Street Sweep started with him, so we're using this morning to share that vision, the broader plans for Indy's growth, and what July 7 will look like.
