We’re excited to make this one of our annual events, and what better place to host it than at the beautiful Christopher Run Campground! Join us this May for a relaxing and fun-filled weekend of camping, fellowship, and outdoor activities.

Field Sites 1–15 are reserved for the Virginia Voyagers
Sites include water & electric hookups
A dump station is available in the campground
When making your reservation, mention you're with the Virginia Voyagers
💲 Cost per Site: $45/night (subject to change)
🗓️ Deposit Schedule:
Deposits begin in January 2026. You can call now and reserve your site for our Voyagers block. Sites are already filling up fast so make sure to grab your spot!
Must pay at least one night to hold your site
Full payment is due by April 25, or we risk losing the group block

Rate includes 4 people per site
Maximum: 6 people per site
5th & 6th guests (age 4+): $10/person per night
More than 6 people? You’ll need to book an additional site
🕒 Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in: 3:00 PM (call ahead—early arrival possible at 1:00 PM if site is ready)
Check-out: 1:00 PM

14+ days before arrival: Full refund minus $10 service fee
7–13 days before arrival: Deposit can be deferred to another date (before 10/31)
Fewer than 7 days: Deposit is non-refundable and cannot be deferred
