Jeff Carsrud is a driven and tenacious leader who approaches life and work with unwavering persistence and purpose. Motivated by a strong desire to achieve meaningful goals, he consistently pushes through adversity and gives 100 percent effort, especially when challenges arise. Jeff believes outcomes are shaped by four essential factors: vision, clear goals, passion, and attitude. With a results-focused mindset, he emphasizes understanding where one is, where one is going, and then building a thoughtful plan to bridge the gap.

Jeff is the owner of The Jeff Carsrud Agency (a Farm Bureau Financial Services Company), a role he has held since 2022.

Born and raised in Gillette, Wyoming, Jeff married his wife, Leigha, in 1991. Together they have two children and are proud grandparents to three grandchildren. Outside of work, Jeff and his family enjoy making the most of life through side-by-side trail riding, bow and gun hunting for big game and migratory birds, fly and marine fishing, camping, backpacking, boating, snowmobiling, mountain biking, golf, fantasy football, coffee shops, NASCAR - and above all, embracing work and life to the fullest.
