Long-standing friendships and diverse artistic endeavors brought Hannah, Kate, and Madi together to form May Be Fern. Drawing from their eclectic musical backgrounds, the trio crafts a distinctive sound that fuses funk and rock. Their debut album, 'Okay Grandma, Your Turn', celebrated for its innovative approach and infectious energy, garnered critical acclaim, establishing them as a fresh voice in the music scene. Their sophomore album 'Three Of Swords' came out in September of 2025 and has already been given much praise for its ability to be so diverse while never losing the distinctive May Be Fern sound. With their dynamic rhythms and engaging melodies, May Be Fern is poised to captivate audiences of all ages with their love of the craft.
Animal Future:
Fueled by the fury of the forgotten, Colorado based Animal Future crafts music that hits where it hurts—tackling mental health, addiction, and the dehumanizing weight of a corporate-run world. With raw energy and socially conscious grit reminiscent of IDLES, their sound moves from indie rock to grungy pop and old-school punk, with Radiohead-esque soundscapes adding a layer of unpredictability. Think Modest Mouse, Pixies, and Yeah Yeah Yeahs, with a female vocalist who can belt Paramore-level power or let loose raw, unapologetic screams, that’ll keep you guessing. The Upstairs Basement:
5 different artists coming together to create a unique sound! Originally started by lead singer, Jo Durnil, and drummer Josh Olin, the band was officially formed in 2023 at an open mic. Later joined bassist J Fiorino, and after some member changes, they found permanent guitarists in Owen Maier and Stevie Noyes. The band has grown into a full and diverse sound. We love nothing more than to jam together, whether it's in Josh's basement or up on stage. We are a small band, but we have big dreams and we cant wait to make them a reality.
