Registration will open April 21st at 6:00 pm
Registration has moved to a new platform. Please download the PitPay app on your mobile device or visit https://pitpay.com You will need to setup your profile. All registrations will be on this app from now on.
Once your profile is completed, choose Evergreen Speedway from the list of tracks and then select the Auto X event you want to register for. Follow the next few steps, review the waiver and digitally sign it. That's it, You are registered.
Please Make sure you are setting up the pit pay track app, not their grandstand ticket app called Ticket Hoss
Crew Pit passes may be purchased online or at the back gate. Look below for the signup forms. Please make sure you fill out a driver’s registration if you are driving. You will not be able to upgrade on the day of the event.
There are often photographers present at our event available for hire. It’s a great way to get professional photos taken of your drive. We are teaming up with Apexiel which streamlines photographer booking and content delivery. Please go to https://www.apexiel.com/, find the event, and book a spot with your choice of photographers."
These services are offered by individual photographers and they are not employed by Evergreen Auto X.

Vehicle must meet basic safety requirements. Most street legal cars in good maintained mechanical condition will be OK. No loose items in vehicle passenger compartment or trunk, no driver side floor mat, battery secure, etc.

Good condition DOT approved helmet required. SNELL SA rated helmet highly recommended.
3 classes: AWD, FWD, and RWD
$81 Driver's Pass including all fees
$23 Crew Pit Passes including all fees
$21 Minor Crew Pass (age 14-17)
$12 Minor Crew Pass (age 3-13)
$0 Child Pit Pass (age 2 and under)
Grandstands are Free
Refunds will not be issued. These events normally sell out. We will help facilitate the sale of your spot if you can't make it but there are no guarantees.
