About the Presentation:
This presentation examines the range of outcomes that organizations can achieve through the effective use of digital tools—such as digital twins, artificial intelligence, advanced 4D–7D modelling, and digital asset management—while also addressing the practical challenges associated with their implementation. It outlines the key benefits, limitations, and enabling technologies, and includes a case study from the Ontario Line to illustrate the successful application of industry standards in a real‑world context. The overarching objective is to help organizations establish a strong foundational framework upon which these digital capabilities can be sustainably built and scaled.
