Learn what funding exists for Indigenous governments and development corporations, and how to get the most out of grant applications.
About this Event

This event will include both a meet and greet as well as presentations on grant applications. The meet and greet will primarily leverage an audience of funding programs and NWT Indigenous Governments to connect and secure financing for different projects. The presentations will focus on grants from different federal departments, and how grants can be accessed multiple times (across applications or years) to maximize program funding.
The primary goal is to create a networking space for Indigenous governments to connect with funding programs to learn about funding opportunities for economic development. Indigenous governments will learn how to make the most of these opportunities to improve the wellbeing of their communities. The ultimate goal of this work is to have NWT Indigenous governments maximize program funding from multiple sources.
