The perfect combination for an immersive experience, with a versatile and special cast this evening: Theia Mirage, a special guest with a free spirit, unburdened by rules and prejudices, promises to be the star of the night. Tara Matahari, with her subtle movements, exudes an eternal flow of life energy with every dance step. Fraulein Margret, a character with a thick accent, will perform the house odes and deconstruct and play with clichés on an unusual journey into the world of fantasy and cabaret. Vanity Redfire, a natural diva with a unique voice, lover of cabaret and dramatic performances full of emotion.

- Chèvre, crispy puff pastry, wild spinach, and quince jam
- Cod, chickpea purée, turnip greens, and pil pil sauce
- Port-braised veal, parsnip textures, Madeira sauce
