Speaker - Armughan Ahmad

Armughan is a global technology executive, board director, and investor with over 25 years of experience building and scaling enterprise AI and digital platforms. As Executive AI Advisor to TELUS and ServiceNow, he helps leading organizations translate AI strategy into real-world impact across infrastructure, agentic applications, and enterprise transformation. Previously, he served as CEO of Appen AI, where he led the company's global transformation delivering high-fidelity AI training data to hyperscalers and Fortune 50 enterprises including Microsoft, Google, Meta, and Nvidia, and as President of KPMG Digital, where he drove the firm's shift from services to software. He has also held senior executive roles at Dell EMC, HP, and 3Com across the US, Europe, and Asia. Armughan holds honorary Doctor of Laws degrees from the University of Waterloo and McMaster University, and is the co-founder of CILAR, advancing diversity and inclusion in the innovation economy.

Speaker - Cathy Cobey

Cathy serves as EY’s Global Responsible AI Leader for Assurance in Toronto with 30 years of experience as a technology and AI risk advisor. Cathy leads global efforts to help organizations build trust, governance, and confidence in AI systems. She works closely with senior executives to embed responsible AI into enterprise operating models, ensuring AI delivers sustainable business value while meeting ethical, regulatory, and societal expectations.

Speaker - Cameron Schuler

Cameron is Chief Commercialization Officer and VP, Industry Innovation at the Vector Institute, driving AI adoption across Canada’s enterprise ecosystem. Previously, he spent eight years as Executive Director at Amii, leading one of the world’s top machine‑learning research institutes. With 20+ years of executive experience across technology, life sciences, and energy, Cameron brings deep commercial and technical expertise to scaling AI from research to real‑world impact.

Speaker - Saima Malik

Saima is an enterprise transformation executive with over 25 years of experience leading large‑scale digital, process, and AI‑driven transformation in highly regulated organizations. As Head of Enterprise Automation at TD Bank, she leads end‑to‑end enterprise transformation across process redesign, intelligent automation, and agentic‑first design, delivering multi‑million‑dollar business value and led 300+ sized teams. She is the founder and executive owner of TD’s Intelligent Automation Centre of Excellence and led TD’s first agentic use case in Commercial Banking. As a recognized thought leader, Saima speaks globally on AI and enterprise transformation and brings a human‑centric, execution‑focused approach to scaling AI.

Speaker - Lauren Nicoll

Lauren is an AI Transformation Lead at EY, where she helps organizations move from AI ambition to real, scalable impact. She works closely with business and technology leaders to design and deliver AI‑enabled transformation programs, focusing on operating model change, value realization, and responsible AI adoption. Lauren brings a pragmatic, business‑led perspective on how organizations can embed AI into day‑to‑day decision‑making and enterprise processes.

Shaheen is a Partner at EY with over 13 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in Guidewire‑led core system transformations, digital strategy, and data‑driven initiatives.
