This Thursday is called “Maundy,” which means “command,” from the verse in John’s gospel in which Jesus commands us to love another as he loved us. We hear about the Passover lamb, Jesus’ last meal with his disciples before his death, and Jesus washing his disciples’ feet. We invite you to join Emanuel Lutheran, Our Savior’s Lutheran, and St. John Lutheran for this service focused on love and serving others.
