Mat 1-3: 11-15th August 2024
Practicum 1: 21st September
Practicum 2: 16th November
This course can be a journey in itself or your first step towards the Polestar Pilates Diploma. If you are serious about Pilates as a career, the Diploma level qualification is the most highly regarded internationally and will open more doors for you than any other certification can.
