Led by saxophonist and flutist Matt Wallace, whose career includes performances in 70 countries and collaborations with legends like Maynard Ferguson, Chick Corea, Herbie Hancock, and Gregg Allman, this evening promises depth, energy, and timeless jazz artistry.
With Dr. Pete Madsen guiding the Young Lions, the night blends seasoned professionals with emerging jazz voices shaped by one of the region’s most respected educators and performers. Expect dynamic interplay, inspired improvisation, and a truly special collaboration that celebrates jazz tradition, mentorship, and excellence—all in an intimate live setting.
