In class we will cover the concept of Reverse Prospecting from the Buyer’s Agent and Listing Agent perspective. This is a must know concept especially when it's your listing and you discover you will be able to see the names of the Listing Agents that sent your listing to their contact AND if their contact (the name is not visible) made it a Favorite. Hit Counters is a report the Listing Agent can share with the client to show all the activity so far that Matrix™ tracks on how many emails have been sent, how many views, favorites, etc. the listing has received.
