Maternal Health Week~ Rooted in Justice and Joy~ Rest and Restoration

Join Vet-HER-an Enterprises, LLC on Friday, April 17th, for Rest & Restoration Day—a gentle and intentional closing to Maternal Health Week focused on healing, peace, and renewal. Bring your yoga mat and supplies for this deep renewal.

This day is dedicated to pouring back into mothers—creating a space where you can slow down, breathe, and receive the care you deserve.

Participants will experience:

• Guided relaxation and restorative practices
• Gentle movement and/or yoga for the body
• Moments of stillness, reflection, and release
• A calm, supportive environment centered on wellness and restoration

After a week of learning, connecting, and advocating, this day is about restoring your mind, body, and spirit.

You deserve to be cared for, too.

First 10 mothers to register will receive a yoga bag, mat, and other supplies ( totaling $150.00)*
