Kimia “Kimi” Allison is more than a CEO, mindset coach, and wellness practitioner; she’s a woman who has been where you are.As an Army veteran and military spouse, she has navigated seasons of transition, built a career in the government and nonprofit sectors, and learned what it takes to keep showing up through uncertainty.When she was laid off unexpectedly in 2022, Kimi chose to see it as an invitation. This was the moment to step fully into entrepreneurship and create the work she had always dreamed of. Today, she is passionate about designing client-centered experiences that help women find clarity, confidence, and freedom in their next season of life. Now her business is about guiding women, unleashing their goddess, and creating safe community spaces.
