About this Event
Begin your Sunday with a grounding yoga practice and a mindful cup of matcha. We’ll spend 45 minutes moving gently through restorative postures that calm the body and clear the mind, followed by time to connect and enjoy a freshly whisked ceremonial matcha together.
Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your self-care routine, this session invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and recharge in good company.
